Natasha Roblesky

Hi, I’m Natasha!

I provide counselling for adolescents and adults with ADHD, daily life and workplace stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-harm, trauma and issues with self-esteem, self-worth and perfectionism. I have a sense of genuine care for my clients and focus on building and maintaining a strong rapport throughout the counselling process.

My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative, Adlerian, and Humanistic based approaches. In a world of never ending societal pressures, I use these tools, along with building a strong rapport, to support clients in beginning to live lives that more congruently align with their true values.

Anastasia Taskov

Hi, I’m Anastasia!

As someone with high empathy and a tendency to people please, I understand the pressures and personal sacrifices that come with constantly putting others first. The more we allow ourselves to minimize our own needs, the more interpersonal damage we cause. Not to mention the exhaustion of constantly seeking external validation and security from our relationships. Through therapy, I am learning how to develop my own sense of security by relying on myself rather than others. I am growing into a stronger, more self-assured version of myself and so can you.

I utilize a trauma-informed approach to help my clients with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and building emotional resilience. With the goal of empowering my clients, my aim is to help them become experts in their own lives through fostering an environment where self-discovery and growth flourish. Using empathy, active listening and evidence-based techniques, I hope to provide a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions and navigate their unique paths to recovery and self-improvement. I utilize modalities such as Emotion-Focused therapy, Attachment-Based therapy, Internal Family Systems and Somatic therapy.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy travel, down-hill skiing, attending concerts, and spending time with my adorable cat and loved ones.

Travis Rowe

Hi, I’m Travis!

I believe that every person has inherent value, is the expert of their own life, and is on a meaningful journey toward healing and wholeness. I love to explore life’s big questions and to help people process anxiety, depression, identity formation, and trauma. I am also passionate about navigating faith and spirituality where ever people may be on their journey.

Since this type of therapy is only experienced in a genuine, trusting, and honest therapeutic relationship, my goal is to come alongside people and help them on their journey however they may need me.

In order to do so, I draw from a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to help people identify their core beliefs, the ways in which those beliefs affect behaviour, and discover new and healthier ways of responding to their world.

Living through traumatic experiences can leave us feeling lost, unsafe, or out of control of our own lives. Especially if the trauma experienced was at the hands of someone you knew or trusted. Whether it is childhood abuse, neglect, domestic violence, or sexual abuse or assault; interpersonal trauma can rupture our ability to trust ourselves and others.

If you’re struggling with how to make sense of these difficult events, I encourage you to reach out. I aim to honour and uphold the dignity and strength of every person I work with, and it is my hope that together we can create meaningful change and continue to expand upon the strengths you already have.

My practice is informed by a variety of evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness-Based therapies, ACT, and Narrative Therapy which aims help individuals separate themselves from challenges they encounter and create new ways of living that reflect a more accurate and compassionate view of themselves.

Sarah Hunter

I believe that humans, given the right therapeutic environment, operate powerful tendencies towards healing and self-righting. I will work with you to understand, accept, and value who you are and warmly welcome who you are becoming. I do this through establishing a trusting relationship grounded in compassion, empathy, and a fierce belief in the strength you already have.

Through talk-based therapy, I intentionally integrate EFT, AEDP, Narrative, and psychodynamic techniques to meet you right where you are. I attempt to create experiential change in our space together. We will set up and explore experiences and dive into subterranean network that is important to feel.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, hurt or stuck, or are just looking to grow, I welcome you to reach out. I am here to help you reconcile the past, develop meaningful insight, skills, and unearth solutions to manage life’s challenges.
