Packages help you get started with Counselling.

Our team found that a lot of people don’t know what to expect or where to begin when thinking about starting counselling.

How do I pick a Counsellor?

What if I don’t have a specific goal?

What do all these acronyms like ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT mean?
